laying out my fuel system... review and advise please!

ok, I am in the process of putting together my list for the fuel system.. here is what i have so far..

twin intank walbro GSS340's.. running up two -8AN lines through the fuel sending unit/filler neck bracket using -8AN bulk head fittings , and then two 90 degree fittings and hose running into an Aeromotive Y block... below, if the image comes up:

then leaving the Y will be a -10 AN fitting up to the engine compartment with a -10 compatible filter inline, and then going to my new aeromotive AFPR seen below:

then the stock single -6 return line to the tank. the fuel rails will be modified to accept the larger fittings to close the fuel system. I have been told this may be overkill for what i am shooting for, but if overkill does not hurt performance at the lower level, then i will be fine with it so i can grow power wise without having to go back through the fuel system except perhaps to add a fuel pump management box or go with upgraded custom fueol rails for flexibility. please advise on this setup!

thanks,

Chris

I am running a twin 255lph in side the fuel tank and a twin -06AN feed line thru a Russell fuel filter and to a Y than to Aeromotive external regulator than another Y to the rail. I feed both -06AN to the rails. This fuel system should be good for my 1000hp goal. Soon I will have my car dyno to confirm my hp.
