Intercoolers
What are some of the best intercoolers that you can buy that would we good for a turbo install on a 93 chevy camaro.
Thanks Landon |
Best thing to do would be to go with a custom unit. Make sure its pressure tested and uses bar and plate design. The old tube/fin designs are outdated and less efficient. Typically the cheap intercoolers are usually brazed and welded sloppy and leak like a pasta strainer...hehe

Contact Costa at xtreme machines for an intercooler, his email xtremecoolers@yahoo.com

I bought mine from Spearco through Jordon Musser. It's 3 2-110 cores welded together. Big sumbitch. :D
|
I know people who have had great luck with Spearco intercoolers..but that was with a Turbonetics Turbo.

I used a Blitz intercooler for R32-R34 Skylines. The core size is perfect and I just had to notch the front bumper supports to make it fit.
