I originally had the twin intercooler set up for my Procharger D1SC. My tuner said it was junk, along with a lot of other people here online. So I bought a cheap eBay (CX Racing) intercooler and a universal set of 3” piping and made my own kit. I should have just done this from the beginning instead of messing with the twin intercooler Procharger set up. I want to say the front mount intercooler cost me $100 and the piping was $150 from China. I had to buy a few 3.5” elbows and couplers because I bumped the size up to 3.5 basically out of the exit side of the intercooler (drivers side).

Thanks for the pics and info. Tell me about your blowoff valve. I’m currently running a bypass valve in my throttle body elbow which I’d like to keep.....

This is considered a bypass valve as well apparently. You could definitely keep you current set up. I welded that pipe and flange onto my intercooling piping as well. You could weld a smaller pipe (same diameter as your bypass valve) run a hose to your bypass and then from bypass to your inlet. Aluminum is better for weight and displaces heat better. Just tougher to work with (welding)

I don't see why you cant keep that Bypass Valve in that place. Although from what I have understood, its better to have it closer to the outlet side of the supercharger due to the fact that all your piping will now be charged because the valve is at the very end of all the piping, if that makes sense. better to have it closer to the outlet so there isn't a lag from the bypass valve to the blower.
