Heads and cam

Ok guys I have $3000 to spend on after market heads and cam, I was wondering what would be the best combination if I am going with a turbo set up(STS). This is not a thread to bash the turbo my mind is made up and I am ordering it so don't start with that $**t.

Ok I am not going to bash the system but I would be worrying more about the tuning of the car. Also know then when you go force induction you have a greater chance of popping your motor. How much power do you plan on making? I am a firm believer of having your stock heads ported. My car made over 700 rwhp on stock ported heads.

Yeah the tuning is going to be a B***H because I am in japan so I will have to mail my pcm out and wait on it. My gaol is a low 11 sec to high 10 sec car with boost. The money is not a big deal for me its just the waiting game be stationed in japan I am just sick of getting my a$$ kicked by the domestic cars here, it is just not right(they don't build them here like the crappy ones they ship to the states) I have friends that have Nissan 180's and silvias boosting 1 to 1and 3 quarter bar with there turbos on relitivly stock engines! Un heard of on an LT1 with out "Poping it." So after rambling on my goal is to show them that american horsepower and torque is KING

Also I am going with aftermarket heads becase with the money it will cost me to ship mine to the states to have them portred I can get a pair of 76cc low comp heads.

If you're gonna drop some coin for the AFR's and are looking to really whoop up on some fast cars, why settle for the STS kit when you can get a really decent kit from PTK?
