Any exaust shop should be able to make one for you. Iw as lucky that I had a friend who had a Brad brand hard inatke tupe already off his car. I just took that to the exaust shop and they jigged it up and made me one.

I heard that some one used the hard intake from a powerdyne and worked great... Does anyone else have tried it? That's what I was planning to do

I made mine out of 4" mandrel bent exhaust and it turned out really good given the space I had to work with. It goes directly to a 4" K&N so it is definately better than the stock setup being that it doesn't neck down to 3.5" or whatever stock configuration is.

I fabbed up a 4" solid intake tube for my D-1.

I got the 4" mandrel bent tube from www.mandrelbending.com and I also get a steel donut from www.chassisshop.com (I think that was it, I'm in Asia on business and don't have a catalog with me ) anyway, I haven't had the chance to mock up the steel donut to replace the orange dryer hose and at the rate I'm going it will be a winter project (after hunting season as my welder buddy is a hunter and he's already warned me to leave him alone during hunting season).

Pics of the solid intake tube are at www.geocities.com/marc94z/4inchinlettube.html

Internet connections suck over here in Vietnam, if the above link doesn't work there is a link on my main page www.geocities.com/marc94z/
