Got Suckered!!

Ya I gave ol combination motorsports a call. Orignal Plan P1SC-Twin Intercoolers. Here is what I ended up with.

D1SC-Twin Intercoolers
30 LB Injectors
Walbro 340 High Flow In-Tank fuel pump!

Hmm now I need a tps sensor

All I have left is a dented wallet

I think 42-48# injectors would be more appropriate. Why do you need a TPS?

Did they suggest that size injector, or is it something you already have? I'd definitely look at a larger injector for your motor - I'm using 30# red tops on my 383 (N/A), and the duty cycle is getting a little high for my taste!

Hey guys just got ahold of them CM again. They said I need the 42.5 injectors so I went ahead and ordered those. I dunno why the guy said 30s musta been a mistake.

is this on a stock motor? if so.. 42s are prolly ok. if this is on a built motor (ie, higher boost) i would get a impedence converter and get 72s

Hopefully, you have enough money for a rebuild. Not trying to scare you but preparing you for the unevitable.

Atleast get 48's or 50's that way you dont have to get another set later.

I have a P1-SC on a 355 with 42# injectors and am running my 42# inj at 104% dc

You have a 30 ( i guess now 42) with a d1sc? if im maxing them out with a p1, and need to go to some 65+# you prolly need to as well
