Is this a good deal for a YS trim Vortech?

Is this a good deal for a YS trim Vortech?
Do you guys think that is a good deal, $2k for a YS trim (I think) blower w/ all the brackets hoses, aftercooler and Accel 300+? It came off a running car. This guy owed a good friend of mine some $$$ so he took this off his car to pay him. The blower shaft has no play or anything. I wanted to go ProCharger, but this seems like a good deal with the cooler included. Please let me know what you guys think.
