Finally Got Boost!!!!!!!!!

I just picked a D-1SC and am looking to see what kind of numbers and 1/4 mile times should i see and what have you guys gotten from it also. Here is a basic rundown of my current setup.

Stock long block.
walboro 255 lph fuel pump
Pacesetter long tubes off road y pipe cut out and flowmaster catback
3.73 gears
ls1 aluminum driveshaft
42 lb svo injectors
tune
slp lower control arms
drag radials

Winter build 355 with stock crank scat i beams with 7/16 bolts je forged dish pistons arp on the mains as far as the heads gonna send them to loyd and have him work them over and get a nice cam from him for boost. Alo gonna invest in a 12 bolt or 9 inch. And gonna shoot for some 10 second ets.

I am gonna try my performa built auto with 3000 stall with the stock setup but i am gonna swap a t-56 and spec stage 3+ clutch and flywheel.

Thanks

Sweet! I suggest some H beams over the I beams and a forged crank.

Post some pics!

or at least have the crank cut .010 under and have them radius the edges of the journals, but for a D1SC you will max out the bottom end and the crank still might give out. The scat 7/16 I beams are a goo choice though, theyre lighter than H beams and they rate them to 700 HP.

I have to agree with Jay. Your going to want to use that D-1, and since it's a DD you're going to probably use it a lot. I had a very similar rotating assembly to the 355 you were talking about, and I just pulled it for a fully forged short block. I wish I bought the good stuff first, I would have saved a bunch of cash, especially after paying for the machine shop twice... Just my $.02
