3. Why not use a windshield washer pump?
Water/Methanol must be injected at above 50psi to properly atomize. Lower than 50psi causes greatly reduced air charge cooling as the result of larger droplets and their reduced total surface area.
i thought of using my stock washer tank and pump and a nitrous inj TB plate to make a cheap inj. system. Then if found the above on ebay, of all places.
Is their an easy option to make this system work.
Maybe use the stock fuel pump to pull the mix out of the washer tank
I have alot of Nitrous crap laying around im sure i can come up any combo needed.
But i wanted to keep it as simple as possable, i thought to activate the washer and boom meth/injection, like a sneaky pete system.
What are some of your homemade kits like... pics would be great.

Don't know if you will find too many homemade methanol injection kits on this board....maybe the Buick G/N folks may be able to help you out.
If you do endeavor to build your own kit you will need considerably more
psi then a windshield washer or fuel pump can deliver....more in the
neighborhood of 150psi. Next, forget the nitrous plate, you will need a nozzle that sprays an extremely fine mist. Lastly, make sure all your components are methanol friendly and don't forget a boost activation switch.

When you consider the risk of running a cheep home made methanol injection kit, after your car has been tuned to run on it (unless it hasn't been tuned for it, and then you really aren't getting the benefits of running methanol injection in the 1st place), then you really have to ask yourself "is it worth saving a few hundred dollars to risk your motor"?
Just my take on it.
Just my take on it.
