D1SC Leak

Is it common for these (D1SC) to leak? I've only got a few hundred miles on mine and it's leaking quite a bit. Is it worth it to get a new seal put in to try to stop the leak or should I just keep filling it up with fresh oil?

I have overfilled mine before and it leaked until it was at the proper level. When you drain the oil, some of it stays in the case so if you use the specified amout it will be overfilled and leak. Not sure if this might be your problem too.

Yea. It's not overfilled. I just added some oil last night so I'll see how long it holds up. I just couldn't believe the seal started leaking so soon. My P600b was fine for years. I just don't want to go for a rebuild and get another leak 500 miles later. It's not like these things are a 10 min. job to remove.
