Has anyone run this combo? I have a cc306 already and I'm gathering parts to do a swap. I will also be doing a forged bottom end. I will also be porting some stock castings. I just want to know if this cam will work with the blower I found.

 

Ill work but youll blow alot of boost out of the exhaust with all that overlap.

 

what cam should I get wfor this blower? I have a chance to get the whole setup for 2k w/ the aftercooler.

 

That cam won't hurt you that bad - you just won't make the absolute max power with it. So its not absolutely necessary to change it right away unless you want to.

But if you do change it - I feel the best way to go is to tell a repudable person your entire set-up and have them cut a custom cam special for you.

 

cool thanks......I think I will just leave it for now. I haven't bought the blower yet. Do you guys think that is a good deal, 2k for a YS trim (I think) blower w/ all the brackets hoses, aftercooler and Accel 300+? It came off a running car. This guy owed a good friend of mine some $$$ so he took this off his car to pay him. The blower shaft has no play or anything. I wanted to go ProCharger, but this seems like a good deal with the cooler included. Please let me know what you guys think.
