What's best and worse case senario for blow by. I am getting a dipstick pop out. New engine, so what could it be? Could it just be too much boost? I don't want to think of having to pull the motor apart again. That would suck!

 

Best case: stuck PCV not allowing providing venting

Worse case: mis-installed ring (seeing that you have a forged botton end)
