471 HP 560 TQ PTK kit at 7.5 psi stock engine

well I finally got my PTK turbo kit car tuned and dynoed 471 rwhp at 5100 RPM and 560 RWTQ at 3800 RPM at 7.5 LBS of Boost
I was expecting a little more HP and less torque
my car is a 2002 Z-28 that is other wise stock with some supension mods
now for a 9 inch rear and better clutch ( which is slipping on the street now)
the turbo is a PTK kit with precision T67 with .96 exhaust housing and ptk front mount air to air cooler
all tuning was done by Alvin at PCM4less and Dan at Pro-Dyno

Awesome numbers.... take that beast to the track once you get the new clutch/axle in.

nice....turbo is a little small, perhaps thats why you got such a high tq number and not as high a hp number? Can you upgrade to a T70 or t76?

Great numbers man!!! YEah, you could always crank up the boost or upgrade to the PTE-T70 and make more power but you will be buying a new motor in the very near futute. I am wondering what it will put down on the track. Turbos are known for amking gobs of torque. Be happy you have 560, should be tons of fun to drive once you replace that worn out clutch. Keep us posted on any times or new numbers. Have you considered a snow performance methanol injection kit?? Might hold some promise for your setup.

What is holding the system back is the stock exhaust. Throw that cutout on and it will pick up some nice gains.
