a house that you know a murder took place in?

How about a double murder?

How about a double murder where the schizophrenic son bludgeoned his parents to death?

One is being remodeled/restored up the street right now. If it ever came up for sale (and I could afford it) I'd get it, but my wife thinks I'm nuts.

Re: would you buy.....

How much of a discount would it take for you to live in a Haunted house?

Re: would you buy.....

Ya. So long as they replaced all the bloody carpet, subfloor, etc, I wouldn't care. It's a house.

Re: would you buy.....

Probably no but I suppose it depends on the house and price.

Kinda creepy, yes. I'm not sure what I would do. I am obligated to vote Threxx whenever it is an option, though.

Re: would you buy.....

Probably...my Uncle bought a "house" that used to be a funeral home.

They didn't tell their kids, although I'm sure eventually other kids told them.

Yes, only because I don't think they would get a lot of offers and I could low ball the sh*t outta them.

Re: would you buy.....

I don't care what happened in the house before I bought it. As long as it's clean and not damaged, I wouldn't have a problem living in it.

Re: would you buy.....

I'd buy at the discount rate and flip for full price.

Re: would you buy.....

Had I never lived in a place were things turn on and off, doors open and close and odd noises happen at odd times I wouldn't think its a big deal either. Not now.
