Any IT guys ever used 2X client/server?

A few months ago we began migrating a few of our apps off our old Citrix 4.0 servers we were hosting locally, and move them onto some newer virtual Win2008 servers in our data center and host them using RDS.

The past month has been nothing but f'ing headache for me. The issues with RDS seem to never end. They're all small issues, but it seems they're never ending. Our primary hosted app is ACT, and the glitches are plentiful. Various dialogs won't work, "easy print" blows and random things won't print, it's driving me crazy. Plus we're behind on our CALs, so we're going to have to blow a bunch of money soon to be legal, as we're exceeding our limit right now.

Yesterday someone recommended 2X to me. I've been reading about it, and it seems pretty good, if it works well. And best of all it's cheap... $1200 or so for 80 users. It also has a universal print driver, which if it works, will save me a ton of headache dealing with these "easy print" issues.

Does anyone have any experience with it? How do you like it?
