This is a common problem with GM Reman units. unfortunately, GM builds all the same design flaws back into them. When we do 4L60E's for performance applications, we updateor modify any of those flaws to make the transmissions work better and last longer.
Is it more noticeable on any particular shift? Stock built transmissions usually have this issue with the 2-3 shift.

no it only happens on the 2-3 shift. i bought it from gm then it went out and they would not warranty it so i went through it my self and it's worked fine up until now. this is behind a 11.90 n/a and 11.00 nitrous car. what would it cost to fix it if i had you get it done?

We know how to fix the 2-4 (bang the limiter) problem.
