U-Joints and driveshaft balancing

I changed my u-joints and ever since I've had a vibration. I figured the driveshaft needed balanced but a tranny shop told me its probly something else. So I changed one of the rear wheel bearings because it sounded like it was making noise. Its better now but not completely gone. I read in the shop manual that you should turn the driveshaft 180 degrees if you have vibration so I guess I'll try this. If that doesnt work should I get the driveshaft balanced? It costs $50. Has anyone had this problem?
