Transmission fluid
 

I've got '94 Z28 that's going to be a dedicated track car (road race course). Need advice on what kind of transmission fluid will work best in the T56 under that kind of stress. I've heard vipers use castrol syntorq in their T56s, but don't know what weight. Any help would be great!
