which trans mount?

I need to replace my trans mount and was wondering which one would be the besst to replace it with. its a 95 z28 a4

this topic is coverd a lot do a search for more info

if u want the strongest mount u either go poly or solid. Both will cause some vibrations and road noise , some cars more than others, if ur not a full race person dont get the solid one

u can get an LS1(1LE) if u want a stronger than stock rubber one , these are stronger than the LT1 style and do not cause much vibration or road noise, even tho they are stronger they are still prone to breakage

u can get a stock one and keep breaking it
