how many quarts of tranny fluid does a 700r4 take??? any certain filters that work good for our cars?

 

Are you talking about the whole system or just dropping the pan and changing the filter?

Dropping the pan and changing the filter will cost you about 5 or so qts. but the whole system has 10 - 12 depending on the cooler you have...

 

are you just doung a trans sevice?(pulling pan and filter)

if yes, probably around 4-5 quarts
