Only in low gear if i get on the gas pedal relatively hard lets say at about 2000 rpm my tranney will jump or something in it knocks you can feel it right in the center console. I was thinking that maybe there was a mount or something broken. On the freeway or jus once the car shifts out of 1st gear everyhting is fine.

You can do it yourself. Very easy.

Get the car on ramps or jack it up and support the transmission with another jack or anything that works for you. Then remove the crossmember. (4 bolts, I think 14mm and the middle transmission mount nut)
The mount is mounted with 2 bolts. Take those out and install the new one in. Repeat the procedure in reverse order for assembly. Should take 30 minutes at most, maybe one-two hours for someone who has never touched a car before.

 

get the poly mount it lasts longer!!!

 

I installed the enegy susp poly mount on my auto and it was ridiculous. Felt like i was driving with all 4 wheels wobbling. I stuck in a stock replacement instead. I wonder if the t56 is any different... hmmm
