tranny help

i have a 88 camaro 2.8 v6 with a 5 spped manual. i replaced the clutch and know the tranny wont go back in to the bellhousing.. its stops

at the clutch disk

try sticking the arm into the throw out bearing as you are installing the transmission, using a screw driver push on the arm to release the clutch plates. Transmission should slide right in.

did you use the tool to align the clutch disc before you installed it???
