Torsen dif isn't getting power to both wheels

I went the track a couple weeks ago and on all three of my passes, I got power to both wheels and cut a decent 60'.

Last night I went back, and on each of my two passes I only got one tire spinning and I couldn't hook up at all (the worse of the two was a 2.3 60' on ET streets).

I figured that the zexel-torsen (SLP takeoff) that I installed was busted. I took the rear cover off and I can't see any damage and the wheels still turn opposite ways when they are off the ground (just like when I installed it).

Is is common for a working zexel-torsen to give all of the power to one wheel? Is there a way to make it give power to both? I don't know what I did different on the two different nights, but it seems like there must be some way to make it work, since it worked once.

I have 3.42 gears and an automatic transmision.

Thanks,
Dustin

afaik, it will only spin one if the other isnt getting traction
so in your case, it would mean that one wheel didn't have any traction which would cause the other one to be given all the power
when did you put the zexel in?

I put the zexel in about 4 months ago. I don't know how I can be getting no traction to one wheel with my ET streets, but that must be what happened. I was expecting to see some broken parts when I took my rear cover off, but everything seems fine.
