I am looking to possibly getting a TH350 to replace my 4L60E. I would like to run a higher stall and a transbrake. I have read alot of posts about this, and I like the idea that I can run my Lingenfelter driveshaft with the 350 trans.


From what I understand, I need a trans with the 9" tail shaft. Can anyone tell me what vehicles came with the 9" tail? That way I can quiz my local auto wrecker.

I'm waking this post up from the dead because i'm also looking into replacing my 4l60e with a th350. So what cars came with them? I know I should be looking to spend around $200 for one because i talked to a guy at the track with a 1st gen and he said they're a dime a dozen.

 

$200 Bucks....dang i got one for free the other day. You should be able to find on laying around somewhere. They are everywhere

 

Still need to know what vehicles came with the 9" tailshaft!
