TH350 speedo
 

Just wondering if anyone has been able to getthe TH350 to work with our speedo's. I know the TH400 will with the ring and reluctor from GM, but will these same parts work in a TH350, or are there different parts that will.

Yes, the regular GM parts will work but you have to reprogram the PCM to give a correct gauge reading. LT1_Edit does not allow access to the relevant tables, but Tunercat does. So if you are OBDI, you should be set. If it's OBD2, then I can't say how it might work.

BTW: if you are willing to go without OD, why not a TH400? I know it's heavier and has a bit more rotating mass, but it is stronger. If it's not a hi-po car, the TH350 should be fine, but in that case why not stick with an OD tranny?

I got the whole setup for pretty cheap. We will see how it lasts. If it doesn't I still have the shifter converter crossmember and tranny cooler and lines for the TH400.
