T56 Interchangability
 

I have a core T56 and bellhousing in hand that are from a '93 Camaro that will eventually be replaced with a '94-97 T56 and bellhousing to finish my conversion. In the meantime I would like to mark up the hole for the shifter and cut the wires to length. Can anyone tell me if the '93 T56 and the '94-97T56 have the same sensor and shifter locations? Or should I wait until I get the other tranny?

they're identical except the gearing inside, no difference externally
