Which spec stage III?

Some places have a choice for carbon or ceremic and others don't . What material should i go with? The car would see 3-4 track sessions a year and some hard street use. I'm going to be going with a cc306 and possibly a 150 shot of n2o. Also if theres any place that sells it for less than 489 please email me.
Thanks,
Nick

Get a Stage IV Ceramic! I have a stage III ceramic currently but I will be upgrading sometime to a IV in the near future.

well...some sites may still be selling the old version then, i know one site has a choice for ceremic and carbon and the place i ordered mine from has no choice and has this listed:
"New Stage 3 X-pad design features Ceramic-Carbon based puck facings. The new pads allow the streetability of carbon but offers the performance of ceramic." It was the cheapest place i found it at 489
