Soft Shifts when car is cold????

Ok, well just yesterday.... I noticed when my car Shifts from 1-2 at WOT its soft, it doesn't hit the rev limiter, it's just a slower shift, it goes fine, but it's just not a rock solid shift, this only happens when I just barely get in the car, and start driving it, The Temp. Lately is like in the high 20s Low 30s around here. So I am just wondering if that temp will effect my tranny. After I drive it for like 10 minutes, the shifts start getting back to really good and firm again, my car has never done this before....... The temp here has dropped ALOT!!!!! and I haven't really done many WOT appempts since the roads just BARELY got dry, we had like 4 inches of snow within the last 2 weeks so I haven't drivin my car much. I store my car for the winters, Im getting my beater in 8 days..... But I don't get why my Tranny has been shifting "softer" when I start to drive the car, like if I don't drive the car WOT the car still shifts firm and what not, Or even when Im going 50mph and let off the gas ALL the way... and let the car down shift its self with out pushin on the brakes.... it does it just fine....
Like I said once I drive the car around and it gets warmed up.. it's fine.... I can't imagine the tranny going out..... during the warmer weather liek 1 month ago when we were in the 70's it was just fine.... even when I started the car up, and drove 3 blocks and then went WOT....... I don't get it, I checked the tranny fluid when the car was warm, and it was just about right where it should be, one thing though, My car leaks A little bit of Tranny fluid at night......there is like a seal somewhere thats just not sealing all the way when it gets really cold. but I mean it's not even that much fluid, it's liek maybe a baseball sized diamiter over a week period if it sits in the same spot.....I dunno, I don't get it.....
my car is going up for sale tomorrow.....I found a 1998 Z28 with 10,000 miles on it...... but if I don't end up selling my car soon, it's really going to bug me more and more......

well let me know! what ya think
