Is there a shifter i can get so i can shift my self through the gears. cause i hate my i can only shift 2 to drive. would i need anything else to make it shift like that.

Your stock shifter isnt the problem. Its the little molded plastic stop on the shifter gate under the console that wont allow the shifter to go all the way back to 1. Take off the console and pull the shifter all the way back you'll see the stop holding back the shifter on the passenger side of the gates. Take a hack saw blade and cut it off...You can now pull the shifter all the way back to first gear...If you want to get fancy find a a new/used console from an A4 car that came with 3.23s...The gear selector will list 1 thru D...good luck...
