reverse issue with my T56
 

since i bought my 95z last year i had to hold it in reverse while backing up otherwise it pops out of gear. driving the other day i was backing up and the shifter went farther forward than ever before and it did not pop out of gear while backing up. since that day i have to hold it in gear otherwise it pops out. is there something with that solenoid on the side of the box or is it internal? also i noticed i do not have reverse lights ? any suggestions -- -thanks Al

thanks for the input. sounds like my reverse solenoid is messing up. need to get under there and check it out as per the service manual.
