Rear end swap, drum brakes to disc brakes, any difference w/ brake line pressure?

I have a 94 camaro 3.4l w/ drum brakes. I also have a 97 firebird w/ the Y87 pakage which has disc brakes and lsd. I swaped the entire assembly from the firebird to the camaro, ebrake cables and everything. I had my brakes bleed b/c I didn't have anyone to help me, but now my brake pedal has very little pressure. My question is there anything difference between the the pressure needed to operate disc brakes and drum brakes? Is there a proportioning valve I need to change or anything?
