quick diff question

just purchased a zexel diff from SLP... they say its more durable than the auburn that came stock in my 97 Z28 (non ss)
currently have 2.73 gears upgrading to 3.23 and cost of the diff was a factor (gm wanted 500 and an eaton was 500 as well) how strong is this zexel differential???? will it hold up to a stock motor and trans with only a CAI and cat back for mods?

I installed a Z/T in my car. Bought it from SLP.
You should be fine. The Z/T is a better unit since it uses
no springs and clutches. Change your Carrier bearings and races.
If you have ABS sensors behind the axles remove them before trying to remove the axle c clips.
