so i did a h/c install and a 3000 stall converter and had it tuned by madz28, but no wit won't shift at WOT. it is supposed to be shifting at 6500 with a redline of 6800 but at WOT just bounces off the rev limiter. what could be causing this, i emailed the tuner and he claims i put the converter in wrong. i am 100% positive i did put it in right

 

ok thanks everyone for all the generous help, ended up being a trans cooler line no tquite tight enough, so the trans was losing pressure and not shifting
