New clutch questions

Hey all, I did a search to find some info, but I actually ended up more confused than when I started.

On hard launches, my clutch pedal "sticks" to the floor, only moving about 4 inches. It seems to get in and out of gear fine, but it feels really odd and doesnt seem to have any torque. After a few minutes of driving, it returns to normal.

So at first I thought this was simply a clutch issue, and I should replace that. But after doing some reading, that sympton seems to go alongside with needing a new slave cylinder. But the slave cylinders in 01-02s are supposed to be good (or at least much better than previous years). So now Im not sure what I need.

I also read in another thread that if I do replace the clutch, I need to replace my pressure plate and throw out bearing. I also "should" replace or resurface my flywheel. Does that sound accurate? Would a pressure plate and throw out bearing from mcloud work with a spec clutch? Thanks for the help!
And just in case it matters, 02 SS with about 400-ish HP about to get 100 shot of giggle gas.
