new cam and torque converter...what trans cooler?

ok so i recently put a cc 305 cam in my motor and purchased a 2500k stall converter.. what trans cooler should i get? i currently have stock rear end but plan on putting in 3.73's...i use the car for street only and it will rarely if ever see a drag strip...so what coller do you guys reccomend? also how hard is it to install a trans temp gauge?

It is not that difficult to install the temp gauge, depending on how involved you want to make it. I would suggest at least a 24k cooler, such as the B&M 70264 unit or 70266 (what I run). It takes a bit of time and consideration, but is easily done.

Anything is better than stock, but that is pretty small. The 70264 is rated at 14400, the 70266 is rated at 20500. (My previous numbers were incorrect.) Make sure it is the bar and plate type, they are more efficient.
On a side note, I took my stock cooler out of the loop. My trans runs cooler than the radiator fluid, so it was actually heating the fluid rather than cooling it.
