Is my clutch goining or maybe already gone?

Is my clutch goining or maybe already gone?
95 Z28 6 speed. My car use to grind when i chaged gears. The grinding is still there and now it pops out of gears (1st, 3rd and 5th)

Anyone know what can be the problem?

Yea my car is doing the same thing and everyone on here tells me its the clutch. How do you like like your shifter? I'm considering one.

I'm hoping it's the clutch and not the tranny. I love my shifter...A bit noisey but awesome. If and when you do go with the short shifter, make sure you get lou's short stick with it.
