ls-1 t-56 in lt-1

has anyone used a ls1 clutch and tranny in a lt1.changing flywheels and all.will this work.thanks

No, I dont believe the input shaft is the same length. As far as I know it will not work.

i was thinking if you change the flywhell.pp cd and tranny.i think it mite work.but i dont know,the inputs longer because the clutch is differnet.i justed to know if anyone tried.

Why are you going with an LS1 6-speed? They seem to be a little weaker than the one found in an LT1.

well i have a ls1 6speed.they are the same as lt1's expect the input shaft and clutch.if it works it's going in a 69 nova.
