How much are you guys paying for Stange 12-bolt installs?

 

Nothing...Since the Strange is already fully assembled,even with a basic floor jack it can be done in less than 2 hours.

Its really straight foward since its a direct replacement(even the axle tube are the same size has the stock 10 bolts).

After jacking up the rear of your car and secure it with 2 jack stands:

1-Unbolt everything: driveshaft,lower control arm,lower shock bolt and brake component.
2-Take your 10 bolts out of the way and bring the 12 bolts
3-Reconnect everything

 

Yeah but I live in an apartment in a city. No working on vehicles allowed in the parking lot as well.

 

So do I when I am doing my internship. Just do it on the weekend when the staff isn't around and if the neighbors don't like it, TFB If the staff gives you a hard time ask them, "how am I supposed to get to work on Monday to make money for rent if you guys won't let me fix my car?" That has worked for me a few times

 

Keep in mind I am in the New Orleans area, so apartments are not as easy to come by. I do like your logic though.
