hard to downshift in m6

last night i went to the track and got abotu 13 passes in before i left. and on my last run i had issues getting it into 3rd. i didnt grind it or anythign just out it in nuetral and coasted. so i let it cool down and it drove just fine. today i drive my car and when i downshift to 3rd its hard to get in and when it goes in i hear a reving sound from the tranny. but if i rev it before i downshift i hear no noise and shifts fine. and when i just upshift into 3rd i have no issues. i also noticed the smae problem going into 2nd. does this sound like a syncro issue or maybe a clutch issue. the clutch i have is a ram clutch with about 40k on it. witch is abotu the same amount of miles my stock had when i changed it
