FlyWheel + pressure plate Torque Specs for an LT1

Heyyy guys, im putting my fly wheel and pressure plate on later tonight, and just was wondering if anybody knew what either one needed to be torqued to. IF you could help me out it would be greatly appreciated

This is all from the hip...
Flywheel to crankshaft is 75ft/lbs..

anything for the pressure plate?? And from the hip??? hahah

And....
Transmission to Bellhousing = 37 ft lbs
Bellhousing to Block = 35 ft lbs.

Dunno about you but my transmssion crossmember bolts kept backing out until I started using Loctite on them.

I just put my clutch in... Like yesterday.. and the pressure plate was not 22ft/lbs....just saying..

Lol... I guess it's a 'secret'....
My 96 (and I suppose the 97's too) came with 'Torque to Yield' type pressure plate bolts. I just replaced my clutch setup with another SPEC Stage 4 and just torqued them to 22 ft lbs using new grade 8 flanged head bolts.

I want to know what it's supposed to be... The print out I got from the GM manual said 55 ft/lbs.... I just checked it. My clutch is working.. Have I done something wrong? Hmmm.. I have a 94..

It is 22lbs...just saying.

55lbs is for the LS1.

94-95 Camaro 5.7L
Pressure Plate and Cover Bolts..................15 ft. lbs. plus 30degrees

96-97 Camaro Z28 5.7L
Pressure Plate and Cover Bolts..................22 ft lbs.

98+ Camaro Z28-SS 5.7L
Clutch Pressure Plate (5 sp)...................15 ft. lbs. plus 45degrees
Clutch Pressure Plate (6 sp)...................52 ft. lbs.
