From a dead stop if i get on the gas a little it feels like it jerks a little under the car.. ALMOST like a broken tranny mount, but it shifts fine and doesnt do it all the time.

It also does it when the car downshifts when i get on it.. its really hard to explain but it feels like the drivetrain is moving but im not and when it does it jerks a little.... so hard to explain lol sorry

 

hard to tell from what you explained. Did you check the mount?

 

mount is a poly mount... i feels like wheel hop but the wheels arnt hopping... feels like its coming from the rear end...
