clutch problems
this keeps re- occuring, clutch is not disengaging when shifting. the more rpm the worse it is. when shifting from first to second it is worse, as the clutch pedal is depressed you can feel the tranny sort of pop ( like something is bound and then lets go) im not talking power shifting either just cruising. i thought it was the hydraulics but just replaced that 2 weeks ago. it worked great for a day and slowly reverted back to the original problem. the other night after driving somewhere i get in the car and drive away and it is much worse like i was trying to shift with no disengagement of the clutch. i crept the car back home. im dropping the tranny tomorrow any ideas? everything has 8000 miles on it, new tranny , spec clutch, roller pilot bearing ( i know, bad choice) some days it is worse than others that is why i thought it was the hydraulics.pilot bearing, throwout bearing ,not enough lube on the input shaft? im out of ideas.

Re: clutch problems
i removed all of the clutch components today and everything was in perfect shape , there was also no wear on the input shaft and the pilot bearing is still in tact. however, oil is leaking into the bell housing and the disk was "muddy" looking. im sure it has oil on it . the rear main is not leaking but there is oil coming from under the seal where the oil pan gasket meets the rear main housing and the i have the notorious intake leak. but oil contamination on the disk would only cause slippage which i dont have, so, what the heck.
