I got a 97 RS and the A4 tranny's a gonner and needs a rebiuld, however for the price of the rebiuld ($1,800) can't I just have my Auto switched to a more fun drivable 5 Speed Manual?...How much would the swap from Auto to manual cost? Is there a kit for this? what parts would I need to buy?

Should I go through with this? I'd LOVE an M5 over my Auto and now seems like the best time to swap since my tranny's been cooked. I just need to know what parts and programming if I need it, I would need.
