A4 cause of overheating?

My car drove fine for over a year, never once getting over the first mark on the temp gause. I drove my car in stop and go with the AC blasting in 100+ degree temps and hardly budged the needle. Well, last week, my tranny took another dump and I had it rebuilt. The only change made was going back to a stock type 2000 stall. Now, my car will start to overheatwhen I am driving. It will get up to and beyond the halfway mark, but only while moving. Once I come to a stop (at a light, etc) teh temp will start to go down. Is it possible there is something with the tranny rebuild that is casuing this? I've checked teh thermo and it is opening and closing, flushed the water, etc. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Kyle

Problem fixed. When the car was towed, the tow driver accidently pulled off the lower airdam. thanks to Shoebox for pointing this out.
