Clutch slave cyclinder ?

Hello, have a 95 6 speed. Is the clutch slave cyclinder internal or external and how long does it take to swap in a new one? Thanks

Re: Clutch slave cyclinder ?

The slave cylinder is pretty easy to replace in an LT1 T56.
It is external.
About a 1 hr job taking your time.
Just remove the roll pin holding the hydraulic line in place (have a small container handy to collect the fluid) and remove the two 13 mm nuts holding it in place.
Install the new slave and prime it while holding the slave cyl pointing down till no more air comes out in the reservoir before bolting it back on.
