94 lt1 w/4l60e 2800 stall converter,when its cold the trans shifts 1 2 3 4 it a matter of 20 miles mph and dont downshift until almost a complete stop,once its warm it shifts perfect.the trans is rebuilt w/bm tc.autometer elect.speedo that bounces once in awhile,any ideas would be great.
