4.10's Modification needed?
Hey everyone, i just purchased the richmond gear set (4.10's) and the bearings to go along with it. Some people say the will fit without any modification, but others day you have to grind some stuf down in order to make it fit right? Normal installation of gears aside, is there anything aside from that i have to do so that i dont screw up? I have the stock 3.23's from the factory right now in my car. Thanks

Whoever told you that is full of :bs:, or they had a screwed up differential?
I just installed Richmond 4.10's into a 3.23 diff., and they went in fine:thumb:.....no problems:). |

When I had Motive 4.11 gears installed, the installer told me that he had to do some milling in the housing.
No biggie. |
