4.10 gears
4.10 gears
Wondering if anyone knows apoxamitly what speed 4.10 top out at in 4th gear F-body. Looking to go to them without hitting 5th on the 1/4. Heads soon to have full porting/intake/cam/headers .
Thanks.

At 6000 rpms you'll be running ~111 mph in 4th. With some tire stretch you could end up around 112.
If you're going with a really nasty cam/porting you'll probably lift the limiter farter than 6g's. At 6500 you'll be turning 121 mph.
I REALLY wouldn't worry about maxing 4th gear with 4.11's. Even if you pull and amazing run I'd wager you could hold redline for a second without any ET loss to speak of.
