3.90 Gears... Any feedback Thanks

Would like to get some feedback on this gear ratio as I know its not your "common" gear ratio... Some feedback form someone who has ran them in a 6spd would be great here is the actually part I am thinking of running... Thanks

I don't have one, but what is your reasoning for changing your gearset only 4%? I could see it if you needed a little more at the track or something to not have to shift one more time, but that seems like a lot of trouble to go through for such a small gain. I'm not saying that would be a bad gear ratio - it's probably a very good one for the average 6 spd performance application.

As well as the weak stock rear end don't wanna run 4.10 so figured maybe the 3.90 could be a happy medium

I have 4:10's in my 6-speed Z, I run the highway speeds of 70 mph at 2000 rpms with stock size tires. What size tires are you going to run? 3:90's should work great, 4:10's are good too.
