3.73 gears for 98z. What car or trucks use them
98z28 gears. Want to go to 3.73 and need to know what other gm products used them, that will go in my sons car. The car has the original rear end and gears. I get cost plus 10% at my job at the chevy dealership, so want to buy them new for cheap.

Check out the old S10 pickups. They used the 7.5/7.625" 10-bolt rear, and I think they had a 3.73 gear set available. Compare your dealer pricing to the Motive gearset pricing at Thunder Racing.
